We're excited to turn our passion into a purpose-driven venture right here in the heart of Coral Way, Miami. For us, coffee isn't just a drink — it’s a ritual, a connector, a conversation starter. This café is our way of sharing that with the neighborhood that raised us and the people who inspire us.

We’re not just pouring lattes — we’re pouring our values into every cup. Our beans are sourced from family-owned farms in Nicaragua, where generations of growers cultivate their crops with care and skill, yet often receive the smallest cut of the profit chain. We’re here to change that. A portion of our earnings goes directly back into those farms and families, reinvesting in their infrastructure, education, and long-term success.

But our vision doesn’t stop at the source. We're collaborating with local Miami ceramic artists to design and sell handcrafted cups, giving them a platform inside the café and inviting customers to take home more than just a drink — a piece of the story. Every cup you sip from supports a creative ecosystem that keeps local culture alive.

We also believe in using our success to spark impact. That's why a percentage of our revenue supports research initiatives — whether it’s funding design innovation, supporting public health studies, or driving sustainable farming practices. We want The Roast Café to stand at the intersection of good coffee, bold ideas, and lasting change.
